 This contract was a 52 week project comprising the demolition of existing buildings and       construction of 22 houses comprising 10 No. two bedroom and 12 No. three bedroom homes. Also involved construction of sewers, external lighting, paths and paved areas, adoptable and private roads, landscaping, drainage and all associated roads. This development was successfully completed to meet Level 4 criteria of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
